Influences in my practice

The craft of listening to what is significant to you, allowing it to seduce your whole creative expression.

ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. It’s like seductive music awakening the sleepy reservoirs of imagination, productivity, and leadership within each one of us.

How beautiful can this dance be?

Ideas into action, actions that transform. This alive ecosystem called Metacreativity invites us to venture for a playful vision, particularly focused on the creative power as a form of connection to ourselves and to the else. As an expression of commitment with transformation, the Metacreativity Manifesto, ambitiously attempts to integrate all essential concepts on Creativity, and all related to it.

Our creativity blooms when we have the capacity to work with autonomy and freedom, taking a chance on our singular vision of the world at the same time we sustain high quality affective relationships which provide meaning to our creations.
— Theoretical body, Metacreativity.

It invites us to be acutely aware of how we perceive the world around us, conscious of how our thoughts shape our interpretations, and how our interpretations give birth to our unique reality. It compels us to befriend our emotions, deciphering the profound message, evolving in our perspective, influencing thus our actions and ultimately reshaping the course of how we experience our lives. There is plenty more information coming on this end, I promise.

Mindfulness. The awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally, is the given definition of Jon Kabat Zinn, who is sometimes considered the grandfather of the practice.

Whatever action we repeat permeates into other areas of our lives. Practicing intentional attention by simply observing, sounds a lot like rehearsing our availability to observe, to listen; like cultivating a power to discover new layers. This are all forms of establishing an inner conversation that allows for revelation.

Transdisciplinary Art Therapy commpliments my practice by igniting the opportunity to playfully experience life as one’s masterpiece. No need for technique here, just willingness to play the creative game.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). My focus on the SDGs is not by chance; it is at the heart of my practices. I work to foster not only individual prosperity but also global prosperity, contributing to fairer societies, the preservation of the environment, and innovation that sustains the planet we are allowed to live on.

Creative Practices. I use a diverse range of creative practices that enable clients to visualize their thoughts and emotions in new and transformative ways. These techniques awaken creativity and expand personal capacities, helping you to see and move through the world in ways you previously considered impossible.

Nature-Based Solutions. My use of nature-based solutions seeks to connect each person with their environment in a conscious and meaningful way, using the beauty and natural processes as a mirror for personal, professional, and relational change. This approach not only benefits individuals but also invites us to feel a responsible part of our surroundings.

So, my fellow dancers, let us embark on this audacious adventure of opening up the conversations that matter, where sense meets purpose, and what once was distorsion uncovers a tale of transcending, by heartening your bond to your own creative nature.
